California Museum of Photography

The PuzzleView Web site was initiated when artist Orna Wertman traveled from Amsterdam to visit the UCR / California Museum of Photography in the Fall of 1999 and became the first artist to work in the Digital Studio.

The essay is by Kevin Jon Boyle, Curator of Exhibitions at UCR / California Museum of Photography.

The first draft of this site was created as a collaboration between Wertman and Ted Fisher (Curator of Digital Media at UCR / CMP). Final construction and design of the site was done by Heather Carawan, working in the Digital Studio in January 2000.
